How long will it take to receive my order?

The Reglisse team dispatches orders daily through Mondays to Saturdays. Reglisse provides for delivery to the recipient via Post Swiss (unless otherwise indicated). Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

You can expect to receive your order within 4-10 business days. As Reglisse cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, Reglisse cannot provide a 100% guarantee of when the order will be delivered to the customer’s address. In case the desired product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you to inform you of the expected date of delivery.
As a consumer, you have a right to cancel the purchase order if the entire delivery is delayed in relation to the applicable agreement.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping costs are listed in the order confirmation and are to be paid by the buyer. Costs relating to customs clearance, local VAT and administration fees shall be paid by the buyer.


You have a 14-day right of cancellation on ordered goods, calculated from the day on which they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the goods in the same condition and quantity as when you received them. As packaging represents a significant portion of the product’s value, the product cannot be considered returned in the same condition and quantity if the packaging is not included. The customer is liable for ensuring that the return goods are packaged suitably. Thus, you are encouraged to save the packaging until you are certain that you wish to keep the product.

Products must be returned via Swiss Post. When returned products are received and approved, the purchase price shall be refunded to your account. This amount shall be returned to you immediately after Reglisse has received the return product(s) and had the opportunity to control the product(s), which usually will occur no later than 30 days after receipt of the product(s). Placing your order

When you order from you must comply with our shopping process. By placing an order with us you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you promptly by email to inform you. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Delivery of Goods to You

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you gave us for delivery at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order, typically next working day if your order is placed before twelve noon. However this is dependent on stock availability and orders can take up to 30 days to reach you. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.


Refunds and replacements

You may return any product you have ordered from within 14 days of receipt. Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. To return any item please contact Reglisse via email. Please indicate the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a replacement, exchange or a refund. Reglisse will mail you the address the items must be returned directly to. All goods returned for refund or exchange must be in a saleable condition with original packaging intact. Please use an insured registered delivery method to return your order.

If the product is out of stock at the time we receive your return; we will contact you with details of when you can expect delivery.

Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and we will credit your account as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
